Keith is a Manager with FedEx Sales Development and Education and a native Memphian. He began his career with FedEx in Memphis in 1985. He started as a package handler and worked his way into the operations-management ranks with FedEx Express Hub Operations. He managed outbound flight operations for several years, and then moved to FedEx Logistics Services where he helped manage the third party logistics arm of FedEx. He continued to progress through various capacities within FedEx from project management to quality improvement to sales support to sales management and finally to sales education. He now manages the New Hire Education team and curriculum for FedEx Services.

Keith is an active member of the Sales and Marketing Society of the Mid-South, the Council of Logistics Management, the American Society for Training and Development and the Mid-South International Business Council.
